The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has continued the anti-corruption war in Nigeria as it has gone after former governors and Ministers.
The EFCC has, so far, grilled about 16 former governors and ministers over the alleged N23bn Diezani sleaze.
The list of governors and ex-ministers include
1.) Saidu Dakin Garin – immediate past Governor of Kebbi
2.) Sullivan Chime – Former Governor of Enugu State
3.) Ibrahim Shekarau – former Governor of Kano State
4.) Ali Modu Sheriff – former Governor of Borno State & PDP Chairman
5.) James Ngilari – former Governor of Adamawa State
6.) Mamuda Shinkafi – former Governor of Zamfara State
7.) Senator Liyel Imoke – former Governor of Cross River State
8.) Jumoke Akinjide – a former Minister of State for FCT
9.) Ambassador Bashir Yuguda – a former Minister of State for Finance
