Super Eagles’s Goalkeeper, Carl Ikeme has been ruled out of Nigeria’s World Cup qualifier against the Desert Foxes of Algeria on November 12.
Nigeria Football Federation spokesman disclosed this on Wednesday, he said the goalie sustained a hip injury at the weekend while playing for his English second division side, Wolves against Blackburn Rovers.
“Yes, he’s out of the Algeria match due to injury,” said Nigeria Football Federation spokesman, Ademola Olajire.

Carl Ikeme was the match of the match in the 2-1 win over Zambia in Ndola last month in the team’s opening World Cup qualifier.
