Popular money doubling scheme or what some people call Ponzi scheme, Ultimate Cycler relaunched its website yesterday, December 16 after it allegedly crashed on December 1.
The founder of the scheme, Peter Wolfing took to his social media account today, December 17 to announce that Ultimate Cycler is back.
The new development has, however, sparked up controversies on the social media as some participants have complained they are yet to be paid after investing and are demanding to be paid.
