Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson and wife, Rachel yesterday, June 4, dedicated their quadruplets at the King of Glory Chapel in the Government House, Yenagoa.
Recall, Rachel in September 2016 gave birth to the quadruplets, (a boy and 3 girls) in the US after several years of marriage.
