A notorious robber who operates under the pretext of being deaf and dumb has been arrested by operatives of the Lagos State Police command.
The man identified as Emeka Anthony Uche sneaks into offices while using his condition to cover up.
He specialized in sneaking into peoples’ offices to steal laptops, mobile phones and other valuables. He was arrested on Tuesday, October 17, shortly after one of his escapades.
