Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, refused to talk after meeting behind closed doors with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Friday, October 6.
Kachikwu who arrived the Presidential Villa around 11.40am for the meeting, left at about 12.50pm.

Kachikwu simply said “no comment” when State House correspondents approached him.
